If by chance you encounter a problem with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will attempt to resolve it in a fair manner. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return number. (RMA) We will gladly exchange the item or refund of the purchase price (excluding all freight). However, some returns/cancellations (such as new merchandise opened and used) may be subject to a 15% or more restocking fee.
