On Location View-Master
Many scenic attractions contracted with View-Master to produce reels of that attraction that could be sold by the attraction, on its location.
Considered too specialized for the necessary quantity production, these "on-location" reels were not marketed with the general population , but could be purchased directly on location of the attraction.
Therefore the number of reels available were always in limited quantities. This practice started with the Sawyer's Single Printed Reel
