The Chinese Art Set Collection was one of the most elaborate, comprehensive, and beautiful projects to come from the View-Master people.
Four sturdy and handsome hardbound volumes, each in their individual hardbound slip-cover, measure 8-7/8" by 11-1/4", consisting of around 325 pages each. Each volume contains pockets located inside front and back covers containing 22 reels on each side for a total of 44 reels of Chinese ceramics, metalworks, jade, lacquers, textiles, and more.
Each volume contains 308 full color 3D images for a total of 1232 full color 3D images in all, dated from 2300 B.C.E. to 1912 C.E..
The volumes consist of individual pages, covering each artifact referenced to each image, with detailed descriptions, measurements, dates, where exhibited, and references for all the 154 full color 3D images in the 44 reels of each volume.
