This Nimslo Stereo Camera made in Japan, enjoys a
rekindling of demand as a quality automatic point and
shoot camera; for 4 Perf. stereo pairs on film.

Additionally, today, the NIMSLO 3D camera has been
rediscovered as an ideal camera for the production of an
animated gif for posting on the internet. The animated gif
produces simulated 3D as it flashes back and forth between
the two images created with the first and fourth lens of the
NIMSLO 3D camera.

NOTE: Similar to the Nishika 8000 3D camera (the Nimslo
is much less bulky and as heavy as the Nishika - Nimslo
has built in automatic aperture and dot light indicator when
flash exposure is necessary)

NOTE: Similar to the Kalimar 3D camera (the Nimslo has larger
separation between outer lenses for greater 3D effect)

Originally intended as a four-lens camera for the production
of 3D stereo lenticular prints, it records four half-frame
(24 x 18mm ) images on regular 35mm print film from which
is made, the lenticular print (3D photographs that require no
special glasses or special viewers).

For a few years, lenticular print processors where scarcer than
hen's teeth. The lenticular cameras stopped selling. But
photographers found the Nimslo 3D camera useful for making two
image stereo slides using the images produced by the two outer
lenses, and now an extra use - for making an animated gif, simulating
3D for all internet postings.

Nimslo 3D cameras were produced initially in Japan and later in the
U.K. This offering is a Japanese produced camera (regarded higher
than the later U.K. produced).

Condition:
excellent cosmetic condition, exhibiting
only standard wear.
The camera comes with no warranties,
and is untested for its functions.
